Brief overview:
This one day first aid at work course is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to provide immediate assistance should an emergency arise in the workplace.
The comprehensive training covers a wide range of first aid topics, ensuring delegates are confident to respond effectively until professional medical help arrives and adheres to the current Resuscitation Council UK and First Aid guidelines covering all subject areas specified by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for first aid at work qualifications.

- Responsibilities of a first aider
- Immediate life-saving actions
- Airway and breathing problems
- Seizures
- Wounds and bleeding
